It's 3 day safety clinic covering how to buy a bike, fit, what things you may need - helmets - tire changing and rules of the road... this is geared to new adult cyclists!! If you just want to ride and learn the basics this one is for you!! (not geared to racing)

Day 1 July 20 from 6-9 is class room - bring bike for fit review
Day 2 July 22 from 6-8 is class/handling @ ranger HQ
Day 3 July24 from 6-8 is a ride through the park distance tbd based on ability.
